Hey guys! I manage to get wifi on my phone for now but I don't how long it will last. The train was nice and I got good sleep! I love st Petersburg it is much more European and prettier than Moscow. Today we toured by bus and it was very rainy and cold so we only got out a few times. One of our stops was the Peter and Paul cathedral where all the Romanov family is buried which is super awesome because even Anastasia's remains are there now!! Now we are checking into the hostel.
Who are the Romanovs? My first physics professor was Russian and named Romanov..........
ReplyDeleteThe Romonovs are the last dynasty of Russia, Nicholas II was the last tsar of russia, his entire family and every relative the communist party could get their hands on was murdered to end tsarist Russia. Could just be coincidence or he could have royal blood..
